How much does a Home Repair Share package cost?

We offer suggested subscription rates that depend on type of package and options of your choice. Get a free quote to see our suggested subscription rates. 

What does a Home Repair Share package offer?

Our personalized packages provide protection for eligible repairs costs of the major home systems and appliances that you rely on everyday, from your refrigerator to your heating and air conditioning systems. You can also add optional items like pool equipment, well pump and sprinkler systems. View our sharing eligibility. 

When can I start using my subscription?

You can submit a repair request 30 days after your subscription starts, unless you renew your protection with previous proof of coverage, you can submit repair requests immediately. If you acquired your subscription through a real estate transaction you can request sharing upon closing. 

What's the service call fees?

There’s no service trade call fees like home warranties. Instead, there’s a $150 Unshared Level that is met for eligible repairs within twelve subscription months. After that there’s no other fees that need to be met.
